Published in 2005, this title adds some currency to the Reference Room TV collection. Chapters are arranged by genre (sitcom, reality TV, talk TV, children's). No summaries of the shows, but rather discussions about the programs as arbitrators of American values, and how they influence Americans' behavior.

Epidemics and Pandemics: their Impacts on Human History
